Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Dr. To'olo primarily sees patients during the following hours:

Tuesdays - Thursdays starting at 7:30 a.m., with last patient seated at 5:00 p.m.


We maintain the option to schedule patients occasionally:

One Saturday per month (abbreviated hours 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) and

Some Mondays (abbreviated hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:00p.m.)

Our Mission

To provide specialized and comprehensive care for infants, children and adolescents, as well as special healthcare need patients of all ages. We provide care in a friendly, safe and state-of-the-art environment with a focus on prevention and education for family. Our goal is a hope to lead the way toward the best oral care for children in Maine in conjunction with other dental practices.


We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better when they are seen early in the morning at a time when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some schoo. These are considered excused absences. We are happy to provide any child with acknowledged proof that they came to a dentist appointment to take back to their school. However, with continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy

Typically we request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. By giving us notice within this time frame, it allows us to offer that time slot to another patient whose need may be urgent and willing to come in sooner-if-possible. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients.


Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
